Error 0x4004F00F: Microsoft 365 License Inactive — Account has no active subscription
This error occurs in: Microsoft 365 Personal, Microsoft 365 Family, Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Microsoft 365 Business Standard.
Cause
The Microsoft account associated with the Office package does not have an active Microsoft 365 subscription. This may be due to the subscription expiring or logging in to the wrong account.

- During activation, the message appears: "Microsoft 365 license is not active — account has no active subscription"
- Error code:
0x4004F00F - English version: "Microsoft 365 license is not active"
Step-by-Step Solution
Check your subscription on microsoft365.com/myaccount. If it has expired — renew it. Make sure you are logging in to the account with an active subscription (do not confuse different email addresses).
Solution for Office
- Open any Office application (Word, Excel)
- File → Account → Change product key
- Enter the key from KluczeSoft
- Click Activate

Verification
After performing the steps, check if the activation was successful:
