Step-by-step solution
Check your Microsoft account password on account.microsoft.com. Log out and log back in to Office. Verify that the email address is correct.
Solution for Office
- Open any Office application (Word, Excel)
- File → Account → Change product key
- Enter the key from KluczeSoft
- Click Activate
Alternatively, through the command line:

Verification
After performing the steps, check if the activation was successful:
